Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on the 555zz platform. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.
Section 1
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 555zz ("555zz", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the 555zz website at 555zz.club, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions made available on the platform. These Terms apply in full to all registered account holders and to any person who accesses the platform without registration.
By registering an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet on the 555zz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms are governed by applicable law and are subject to amendment from time to time — the effective version is always the version currently published at this page.

Bonus T&C
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Section 2
Eligibility Requirements
To open and operate a 555zz account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 555zz reserves the right to verify eligibility and to close accounts that do not satisfy these criteria, with or without prior notice.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players between the ages of 18 and 20 are not eligible to use the 555zz platform regardless of local law.
- You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and representatives acting on behalf of third parties are prohibited from registering.
- You must provide accurate and truthful registration information including your real name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- You must not be a current or former employee of 555zz, nor a close family member of such an employee, and you must not be a person with a conflict of interest in relation to 555zz platform operations.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 555zz platform or under any active self-exclusion or problem gambling restriction program.
555zz may at any time require documentary verification of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Section 3
Account Registration and Security
Each eligible player may register one account on the 555zz platform. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts from the moment of registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 555zz will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
- You must notify 555zz customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 555zz may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
- Each player may hold only one account. If you already hold a 555zz account and register a second account, both accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending investigation. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent bonus restrictions will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 555zz will notify the registered mobile number prior to applying any dormancy classification and will provide a reasonable reactivation period.
555zz reserves the right to close any account at any time if the account holder is found to be in breach of these Terms, suspected of fraud or collusion, or found to have provided false registration information. In the event of account closure for breach, 555zz reserves the right to withhold funds subject to investigation and to recover any funds distributed as a result of error, technical fault, or bonus abuse.
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 555zz platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no foreign currency conversions and no currency conversion fees at any stage of deposit or withdrawal. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player account.
- Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported local banking channels as listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Supported methods may change from time to time.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original qualifying deposit, where possible. 555zz reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
- Funds deposited into a 555zz account must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments — deposits made by another individual on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
- In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to a player account, 555zz reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the account balance accordingly, regardless of whether the player has wagered or withdrawn any portion of the erroneously credited funds.
555zz does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard service charges in accordance with their terms. 555zz has no control over third-party payment provider fees and accepts no liability for such charges.
Section 5
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
555zz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladeshi events. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.
- Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance and withdrawn.
- Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. A player who has previously held a 555zz account — whether under the same or different registration details — is not eligible for a welcome bonus on a new account.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms. A player may only hold one active bonus at a time unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
- 555zz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to a player's account, in cases where the player is found to have violated these Terms or engaged in bonus abuse.
- Free spins and free bet credits are subject to the wagering requirements and game restrictions specified in the individual promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirement rules as standard deposit bonuses unless stated otherwise.
555zz may introduce VIP or loyalty tier programs from time to time. Participation in such programs is at 555zz's sole discretion. Benefits, tier thresholds and program rules may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice to participants.
Section 6
Responsible Gaming Obligations
555zz is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. The following obligations and features apply.
- Players may request deposit limits, wagering limits, or session time limits through the account settings or by contacting customer support. Once a limit reduction is applied, it takes effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Players may request a temporary time-out or a permanent self-exclusion from the 555zz platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims will be accepted.
- 555zz will not knowingly allow players who have self-excluded to re-register during the exclusion period. If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to contact support immediately and request self-exclusion or a deposit limit. For external support, independent problem gambling advice services are available.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555zz platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, and misrepresentation of personal information.
- Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent the platform's security measures.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose in breach of these Terms.
- Any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform as a conduit for transferring illicit funds.
555zz cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all jurisdictions where required. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account details and transaction history disclosed to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
Section 8
Intellectual Property
All content on the 555zz platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, source code, and promotional materials — is the property of 555zz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555zz platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 555zz platform without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 555zz intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555zz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether 555zz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
555zz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events beyond 555zz's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 555zz will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability, including any bets placed or settled during a technical fault period.
Section 10
Amendments to These Terms
555zz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 555zz will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The version of the Terms currently published on this page is the operative version and supersedes all prior versions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. Continued use after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
